Since founding People and Processes, Inc. in 2006, Jeff has guided organizations across diverse industries to achieve the same breakthroughs. He's a certified RCM2 & RCM3 Practitioner with The Aladon Network, holds the SMRP Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential, and serves as a book author, conference speaker, and columnist for Plant Services magazine ("From the Plant Floor").
