Within the Cummins Corporate Indirect Procurement team, Yancey is responsible for a global team of sourcing team members that negotiate over $900+ Million in annual spend within their global manufacturing plants. They support all supplier-related negotiations for contract terms & conditions, and pricing within the Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations category. He has worked within Cummins for over 15+ years in the Corporate Indirect Procurement area leading multiple teams and categories. Prior to working for Cummins, Yancey worked within the corporate supply chain and manufacturing organizations at Ford Motor Company and General Motors in manufacturing plants and in corporate office positions. Yancey holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Logistics from Ball State University and an MBA in Business Leadership from Baker College. He has a Green Belt in Six Sigma along with being a Certified Professional in Supply Manager (CPSM). He is also a graduate of the Cummins Global Leadership Development Program.
