Katlyn Reynolds is the Safety Manager at American Cast Iron Pipe Company (ACIPCO), where she leads safety initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, incident investigation, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. She partners with operational leadership to develop safety programs, strengthen organizational safety culture, and implement practical solutions that protect employees while supporting operational excellence.

Prior to joining ACIPCO in May 2025, Katlyn held leadership roles in safety, compliance, project management, and human resources within the pipeline and energy industries. Her experience includes developing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety audits and investigations, managing contractor compliance, and leading cross-functional projects nationwide.

Katlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in International Studies and Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has completed extensive OSHA, HAZWOPER, and Asbestos Abatement training, along with numerous industry-specific safety programs, and will be sitting for the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) examination this year.
