Dylan Simons is an engineer who found his passion in process improvement and digital transformation. He leads the Citizen Development Hub at ZF Group as part of the Operations Digitalization Strategy, overseeing domain governance and enablement of business-developed solutions across 150+ manufacturing sites. With over 10 years of experience in engineering, quality, and program leadership, Dylan brings a perspective grounded in both plant operations and enterprise technology to citizen development. He's focused on empowering business teams with the right tools, training, and architecture to build and improve their own solutions securely and strategically. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, a PMP certification, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
