Jon Dolan is Vice President of Operations for Siemens Electrical Products North America, responsible for a manufacturing network of 13 electrification factories and approximately 8,500 employees. He leads end-to-end operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, EHS, and digital transformation, supporting one of Siemens' largest electrification businesses. Jon is focused on scaling operations to meet accelerating market demand through strategic capacity expansion, advanced manufacturing, digital technologies, and a people-first culture grounded in safety and continuous improvement. Under his leadership, the organization has earned five Siemens U.S. Excellence Awards and contributed to multiple wins of the prestigious Werner von Siemens Award, including Best Business (2023), Customer Impact (2024), and People (2025).
