Kathy Nunnally Anemogiannis is the Founder and Owner of Regions Recruiting, where she advises manufacturers and distributors on key-person talent acquisition. Kathy spent the first half of her career in corporate leadership, including nearly five years founding and leading Deloitte's National Center of Applied Real Estate Research & Technology (NCRIEF) before moving into fintech startup executive roles at RealEstate.com and FNC/CoreLogic.
After decades of directing site location and feasibility studies for facilities, Kathy pivoted from placing locations to placing top talent. She now leverages that background in data-driven strategy to build high-performing teams for industrial clients. Kathy is also the Co-Founder and Chair of Eleos Foundation Inc., which serves 76 women’s shelters and supportive housing programs across five Southeastern states.
