A two-time IndustryWeek Best Plants winner, most recently 2026, he drives continuous improvement through lean systems and frontline first engagement. Aaron is known for building strong cultures that deliver measurable results and sustainable performance.

Aaron obtained his bachelor’s & master’s degrees in occupational safety and health from Murray State University and his Executive MBA from Washington University St. Louis Olin’s School of Business.
