Fabian Ochoa is currently serving as the Director of Digital Factory Solutions at Emerson in Boulder, Colorado, United States. In this role, he drives digital transformation initiatives to improve employee experience and operations and leads manufacturing connected factory solutions strategies and roadmaps. Prior to Emerson, Fabian spent over 20 years in the beer industry at Miller/Molson Coors and other subsidiaries, where he held several positions including IT Director - Supply Chain and IT Sr Mgr Supply Chain & Finance International Business. In these roles, he led the design, development and implementation of multiple projects aligned with Business and IT goals and priorities. Fabian has held certifications in project management, SaFe agile methodologies, and MES/MOM methodologies. Furthermore, he has made contributions to an ISA Technical Report on Machine and Unit States.
