As a Director with Harbour Results, Inc., Gene Mussel is part of the company’s consulting team focused on business strategy development and integration. He has extensive experience in plastics manufacturing. He utilizes data analytics to identify opportunities for business and operational improvements and helps implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Additionally, Mussel’s marketplace and merger and acquisition expertise are utilized to support client's strategies to build or diversify their holdings. Prior to joining HRI, Mussel held various senior roles at Plastics Component, Inc., including program launch, operations and supply chain management, operations strategy and business analytics. Mussel has a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an executive MBA from the same university.
