Marty Hallman is director of bearing operations Americas for The Timken Company. Hallman leads the bearing manufacturing operations for Americas. Marty joined Timken in 1990 as a machine repairer at the Lincolnton plant in North Carolina. During his 34-year career, he has served in various senior manufacturing roles, most recently as plant manager prior to being promoted to director of operations. A native of the Iron Station, N.C., area, Marty graduated from the Timken apprenticeship program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration from Malone University.
