As the Chief Operating Officer at Specialty Machine, I lead a high-performing team responsible for all aspects of production, quality, finance, B2B sales, marketing, and operations. Our contract manufacturing company is renowned for delivering exceptional quality, high-tolerance, precision components to a global customer base across multiple industries. With over 20 years of executive-level leadership experience spanning technical disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and nuclear engineering, information technology/systems, spectroscopy, power generation/distribution, acoustics, communications, and quality assurance/control, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. My passion lies in enhancing individual and team performance, leveraging the experiences, tools, and skills I've acquired during my 34-year career in the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Force.
